I know of someone who found out a way to clam off their trust, they sent him a credit card and he used it once, he got scared and stopped using it.
Did they threaten him?
Could the card draw cash?
I would have gone to auto banks and withdrawn it all, then - just disappeared... but maybe the money is tagged... I am sure they want to keep tabs on every note.
