Liberty and Justice for All!
Do we use fascism in order to maintain liberty? If our justice system is broken, we cannot be diminished to barbaric tactics or proletariat rules. Is it enough to merely, 'inform' the public. How can the public be certain they have been properly 'informed' to bypass a broken system?
