I still feel bad sometimes but try hard not to its almost like ending a conversation and never revisiting it its rude
ever since I was a little boy I would say before bed now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord, my soul, to keep guide me gently through the night and wake me with the morning light Amen and I would often use both of them and say now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord my soul to keep if I should die before i wake I pray the Lord my soul to take Amen now i still to this day say both when i remember and don't fall asleep LOL
