The answer is both yes and no because it is actually your beliefs that determine what is real and true for you, yet at the same time it is not real and true for another who doesnβt have those beliefs. The world outside is a reflection of the state of our consciousness and shifts when our consciousness shifts as a mirror.
ππΉπ The reality around you is actually very fluid & a projection of your consciousness. It is when the masses believe in the same thing that it creates a stronger density and therefore realness around it. The glass is always both half full and half empty at any given moment based on the thoughts and perceptions we hold.

ππΉπΊThere are quite literally billions of thoughts you could choose to think and believe so itβs important to understand at any moment you do not have to continue with believing in things you used to. Most people on a deep level take on the beliefs of their parents, even if they might not agree on a conscious level, on a subconscious level things show up based on these beliefs. One of the most empowering things to remember is that you do not have to think or believe a certain way or have to continue thinking the same way anymore.
ππΉπYour inner work will have you examine your thoughts and beliefs and use your outer reality as a way to see what you might unconsciously believe. You will find that your life and experiences can be totally different when your thoughts about it are totally different too.
