This is the only was I know that it can be Constitutionally possible (i.e no more Presidents)
1. The Constitution is amended that restructures the Branches, or only the Executive Branch
2. 3/4th+ of the States hold a Constitution Convention to dissolve the Constitution, since it's a pact between the states.
