News from Ternopil: In Ternopil, 20 euros were confiscated from a woman, because she bought it not from a bank, but from an acquaintance. This is stated in the verdict of the Ternopil city and district court, Ternopil events write. September 16, 2023 at 11 a.m. 47 min. the citizen carried out an illegal exchange of currency values as a means of payment, namely, she bought 20 euros from the citizen at the exchange rate of UAH 40.00. for one euro, for one payment she provided cash in the amount of UAH 800, thereby violating Part 3 of Article 6 of the Law "On Currency and Foreign Exchange Transactions", for which liability is provided for in Art. 162 of the Labor Code of Ukraine. The court found her guilty and confiscated the money.
