Any police that does that needs to resign or be shot. They would be wise to fight against it. Any congress person who votes for it needs to be shot too. This is nothing but a divide and conquer tactic. This os yhe left trying to start a war. That will fet a lot of people killed, which is the goal of the left. They are literally insane.
