I was led to some truths on coffee back in days, but now I cant recall, or I hope I have archived on my old tweets to look back. But I enjoy my mocha coffee from time to time. Not a coffee drinking, just water. But as a young kid growing up poor in the islands,one of the things that my Aunt (2nd mom) who helped raised me, while true mom worked in Manila, was to have coffee be the soup for rice, bc we had no other dish to eat but that, when my mom cant send money for me & family back in the island. Living the simple life makes you stay humble & be grounded to recalling one's roots, to NEVER take LIFE (every single moment) for granted.🙏

It affects the production of Melatonin...No wonder ppl/family I know who are addicted to dark/heavy coffee (it is stimulant highly addicting & anything w/ addiction is a type of low vibe action, it's just like alcohol, ppl don't need any external substance to get high or feel good again) can't seem to activate/see the light-truth thru their 3rd eye.
