Spent yesterday outside in the sunshine, grounding, playing with the grand kiddos and sitting by the waterfall. Went to the park tonight and watched their soccer practice, enjoyed the sunset and relaxed with bare feet on the grass.
Was so nice to step away from all the nonsense, felt really good. 😊
