This isn't "surveillance footage" - this is from some Christian propaganda campaign called Perhaps Today. They call them "rapture pre-enactments" - It's as stupid and unhinged as it sounds.

Looks like a hoax, some of the reactions don't seem natural. Would need to see more examples of this happening first 🤷♀️
