Over the last 20 years, this is what we have been doing, just seemed the thing... started with cutting sodas, then making my own spaghetti sauce.
9 yrs ago I started making soups.
6 yrs ago we started veg gardening - we are talking about doubling the size of it this winter... can produce now.
3 yrs ago started drinking tonic water, using honey instead of sugar.
6 months ago we stopped buying supermarket meat, buying from a meat source that specifically does not inject the meat.
Long process... 😁
