I'm not sure of the veracity of what I say but anyway, regarding Nesara:
It will not be necessary for anyone to sign a covenant in order to receive monies from the new system.
Because our money will be returned automatically - we won't be required to sign anything, whatever the new financial system is.

My concern is because I read that by signing a "covenant" a person might be marked with the sign of the beast.
