BIG Fani was ineligible for her position at the time of her searing in due to her having an outstanding $250 charge from the ethics committee and was wasn’t paid when she was sworn in. That charge has gone unpaid since back in 2018 and in the state of GA, you have to be in good financial standing before taking any public office and she was not in compliance with State Law. So now she’s back in the spot light for yet another scandal dealing with her not following or adhering to local and state laws.
