Do you think it matters what they call it? It's bs. They are spraying these areas as if people are the cockroaches.
On the other hand, NYC does not have a mosquito problem. They have a Rat and cockroach problem. Rats carry disease, fleas, ticks, lice, etc. So maybe this spraying is a precaution against these rats and cockroaches as carriers? Or they are poisoning the people.
