Do you take it in a capsule
No, I put a 1/4 tsp. in my coffee pot in the morning. It makes 3 cups. Some people put in a liter of water and sip it during the day. I'd rather get it over with and you notice the taste less in the coffee. I do it 5 days on and 2 days off.

Hmmm wonder if you can put it in a capsule. Then poof no taste at all 😆
