Anyone else having intense dreams lately?

I had another one last night. So real like. Started out good then turned bad. When I woke up, it took me a few seconds to realize I was awake. Then got up to go to the bathroom & felt drunk like. Didn't want to go back to sleep right away to dream the same dream again.

I do dream alot …I’m always in a familiar and yet unfamiliar place with people I seem to know but don’t know in real life. Super trippy. And I’ve woken in the night, gotten up to go to bathroom and felt weird like room is moving.

Same for me sometimes. I think when I woke up & I felt drunk like is because I was not fully awake yet. Had not come out of REM sleep maybe?

Years back we had a trip planned back to Cabo for our anniversary. About 3 weeks before I had a vivid dream that we were there & I got kidnapped by a man in a white van. I screamed, ran away trying to find my husband. Then it came out on the news that they were having murders down there. So, I told my husband to cancel the trip & we did. Premonition?
