PROUD to be an AMERICAN 🇺🇸 Navy Nurse Veteran🦅⚓️💫✨🇺🇸

Anyone else having intense dreams lately?

I had another one last night. So real like. Started out good then turned bad. When I woke up, it took me a few seconds to realize I was awake. Then got up to go to the bathroom & felt drunk like. Didn't want to go back to sleep right away to dream the same dream again.

I consistently am having dreams of being deployed. It is as if I am into a third enlistment and new duty station. People do not recognize me, but realize I know the jobs. Many of the dreams are so realistic and action packed.
I think we are fighting on the spiritual/astral planes. We are winning.

Many times when waking up I don't remember the dream but it feels like I've been at school learning something important.

It's weird....I almost always remember my dreams. Many times if I wake up because of a dream....when I fall back asleep...I go back to dream the same dream but try to alter the outcome. Sometimes this can happen multiple times per night. Especially if it were a particularly disturbing dream. Sometimes...I dream the same dream several nights in a row. There was one dream I would have on repeat (not constantly every night or anything) but at least a few times a year for YEARS...since I was a little girl. So I have no idea what all that means. 😳

Are you writing it down and trying to figure out what it means? Sometimes it doesn't make sense until you mull it over, sometimes it smacks you in the face... some of those little things don't make sense until you think about what it means to you personally.

One example of mine is... going to a bar in a town near here. I don't drink or go to bars anymore, but for me in my dreams a bar is actually the state of Wisconsin... there is a bar & grill around every turn... just how I think of WI. Everyone of us have our own thoughts and experiences, those show up in our dreams... some of the messages can only be deciphered by ourselves. Yes, I once had to go through the bar to get to the zoo... it was a message.

If you don't look at the light immediately after waking up, you will remember your dreams. My mom taught me this as a little girl and it works.
It is enough to consciously keep your eyes closed for a few seconds after waking up - this way the dream is "written" in your conscious memory.

Sometimes that works for me and sometimes not.

Yes for me as well.
The interactions with others teaches me how to act in my waking state.
