X22 suggests that the Trump Impeachment has been allowed because the Good Guys are monitoring everything... a Precedent is being set. If Trump can be impeached when he is not in office, it opens the door for others to be impeached such as Biden, Obama, ect...

Past Presidents.. Senators.. Congressmen.. Officials.. all qualify for impeachment by their own standards now. Impeachment involves a trial. Trials will expose treason as well as HIGH TREASON.
They stressed at the opening of the trail that they were setting a precedent -- but the precedent they are setting will qualify them all for impeachment and TRIAL. That's why Cue is laughing in drop 699.
