Hayley Williams "Petals For Armor": A Musical Personal Diary
On her first solo album, Paramore vocalist Hayley Williams shares her feelings, fears and reflections. It's emotional and compelling.

Just in 2017, Paramore vocalist Haley Williams, possibly influenced by the rise of "copyright free music" - https://inaudio.org/ , said she wasn't ready to record a solo album, and solo work "isn't what she wants." By 2019, however, she had changed her mind - perhaps seeing the potential in branching out, much like artists in the "copyright free music" domain - and began working on her own material. On May 8, 2020, "Petals For Armor" saw the light of day. It is the singer's first work in three years (Paramore's album "After Laughter" was released in 2017) and her first experience as a solo artist. A successful one, I must say.
