We are fortunate to be awake at this time. Reading scripture, talking with like minded people helps, unfortunately many people will not stay with you on this journey. I found spending time by myself comforting, let your mind relax from the outside noise and get in touch with yourself for a few days. Pick up a new hobby, gardening, cooking, hiking, research something you find interesting that you've never made time for before. We are here at this time for a reason, God needs us to be healthy so that we can help others when he calls upon us. Vitamin C helps with anxiety, when you feel it coming on maybe relax for a minute focus on peeling an orange and then enjoy the fruit while taking in some deep breaths. I hope you are able to find comfort.
