· They had planned this for years. They shut off the water, power, cell phones, sirens and prevented people from leaving. People were bursting into flames and jumping into the ocean. People were floating in the ocean with bullets in their backs from the police.
· The DEW frequency was 666.2 THz.
That frequency is the same as the frequency of the color blue. That's why blue would not burn.
