The IRC is compiled by various "LAWS" (If there are any) created by Congress. The IRS is the collection agency for the IRC. BING claims the Supreme Court upholds the IRC and it's actions by the IRS.

Agreed. Yet other case law, such as 'Marbury vs Madison' 1803, people seem to forget. It will take many more people to start standing up for constitutional law.
