There are no words for the anguish. This was no natural disaster, most unnatural and manipulated. Where are the children?
Where are the people and their common sense? How could this possibly sound natural and yet, to a lot of the public, it does.
I try to talk to my husband about what might have happened and he looks at me as if I have two heads.
There are some with common sense, like you. But those who cannot face these awful truths might be protecting themselves from falling apart. My husband always reacted like yours from the beginning but he listens more lately because Maui is very nearby to us and he cannot explain it away with a hurricane that never came near us. Those winds were geoengineered, we felt nothing. And the officials openly behave like sinister thugs putting questioning people in headlocks if they don’t stop asking. Too many here are willing to overlook the awful treatment of citizens by those un charge. No one is allowed to say that.
