This is not Maui and not current. This is about protesting the telescopes on Maunakea on the Big Island pf Hawaii. Office of Hawaiian Affairs speaking. OHA is in charge of ceded lands that are supposed to be used for Native Hawaiians but within that office is much politicing so they never truly serve the people, but it’s all they’ve got. They get ignored by the State.
Praying for President Donald J Trump & all those souls dedicating themselves to saving the world from those who seek to destroy us.
God willing the world will listen to what the Hawaiian natives have to say now that the fires have drawn worldwide attention to Hawaii.
Is the attention helping? The state and fed governments are still doing what they want and keeping a news blackout. Press are banned from maui, still no internet. I’m here are see no help. It take a whole lot more to get attention that helps.

Certainly connected but OHA has said nothing so far about Maui disaster. Yes they have protested for decades and have been ignored throughout. It is wrong to steal indigenous lands. The feds have brazenly stolen indigenous lands for over two hundred years.
