Today is spaghetti and meatballs, which I make from scratch ('cept noodles) and I ALWAYS include lots of parmesan and romano in both meatballs and sauce.
Oh, but you just gave me an idea: Cut up cheese sticks and roll meat around them. Did that once ... they loved it.
