Back in the late 80's, early 90's I learned how to strip homes from under owners legally while taking upper level banking/real estate training courses. When I realized where this was going I took the loss of premiums for the training and dumped myself out.
I wasn't built to take someone's home away from them. Even if they overlooked the very steps necessary to stop the hostile action leaving the hole.
"You'll own nothing" means more to me since then.
