They are trying to do this in Boise Idaho too. Our lefty major pushing it and our Dem controlled city council voted unanimously in June to approve new Upzoning laws, which means houses for sale in neighborhoods can now be developed into apartment complexes or businesses. This is how they open the door to it, provide mixed zoning so you can get all your services within 15 min. Then they can lock you down in those areas.
Very few people aware of what is going on, you try to tell them and no one seems concerned 🤷♀️
