Agreed, San Fran. is gearing up for the same. IMO the DS uses many tools for same end game. BLM-Antifa Riots = Land Grab on the cheap (Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle) , fires in areas where land is wanted/taken ( Paradise, Maui), train derailment and chemical spills in prime land.
All land grabs again IMO.
