At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake that devastated Japan with a tsunami, the whole country was in a mood of self-restraint, and no TV programs other than disaster information, including corporate commercials, were reported. These commercials filled the vacant slots and were played repeatedly throughout the day. The commercial was produced and distributed by "AC Japan," a Japanese public interest incorporated association that develops public advertisements. I am very suspicious of this organization because its strangeness is similar to that of the Red Cross, and I believe that there is some other agenda hidden in this seemingly pop commercial.
