3 weeks on carnivore. Having bad headaches the past few days, not sure what my body may be lacking. I have lost approx 8lbs, hoping for more to come. I do miss my Friday night pizza and movie with my hubby, but steaks suffice. This is not a cheap lifestyle, but doable.
I never really ate much bread, always gave me a stomach ache…unless I toasted it for a sandwich (weird). Bread didn’t hurt my stomach when I was a kid, perhaps it’s the junk they added to it.
A little himalayan sea salt in your water will help the headaches

I find my body tells me what it wants. I get major cravings for the opposite foods that I eat. If I do a high veggie diet, I crave meat, will change for a couple of days then my body craves veggies again.
I have found the best regiment for me is an equal balance of veggies and meat, I lose wait and always feel good.
