The ASPCA has stashed a million or two in an off-shore account. The E.D.s/CEOs of these gropus all receive hundreds of thousands of dollars compensation.
I only donate to charities that spend NO LESS than 80% on the actual cause, preferably more.
There is Charity Watch, Charity Navigator, and one other group whose name I always forget, that rates charities. Know before you give.

Goodwill also gets free labor with their wonderful setup with our corrupt court system. It's called COMMUNITY SERVICE.
