I stopped using fluoride in my toothpaste. My city is not supposed to have fluoride in the water system, per the fluoride map. I’m not sure I believe them, so I use a filter. (If it gets it all ?)
But…..I still bathe in it, swim in my pool, etc. I’m probably not helping myself much. :(

A friend who is a dentist confessed that flouride doesn't prevent cavities, but it's the density your enamel you are born with. A more porous enamel eventually develops more cavities.
