Grow in awareness of the ego... trying to 'get rid' is ego... it causes the split in the pysche... and most people quoted on memes had part to play in that demonisation of the go...
the idea that there is something appenged that should not be there... in fact it is an emergency pbroadcast system and we ALL have them...
And also.. people telling other people to ditch ego is ego...
There is nothing to ditch and you will go insane trying...
For more useful is to note your own egoic behavours and love yourself regardless... Demonising others egos is a sign you are projecting your own unresolved parts...
Being in the witness quietens the egoic mind... but those trying to 'get rid of'... those are the ones who are stuck in therapy of decades going over and over the same issues... and most people quoted on memes get a cut fro that supply chain...
There is NO THING to get rid of... only awraenss and light to be shone on the darkness...

I know I still have EGO issues to deal with - I am not FREE from it all.. and your post made a lot of sense... I was trust trying to place visuals to plant seeds to see that there is more to this journey than politics and the daily news intake. I know I can't make ONE lose their EGO... and I get that me trying to help is another EGO issue... even defending why I did is EGO...sill working on - lots to learn...
