I have had more than one person tell me all about myself in hopes of a reaction. One lady who was pissed off at me because I would not bend the rules for her actually sent me a certified letter telling me never to contact her again. This is after she contacted me about something she wanted from me, so a bit ironic. Anyways, I have learned the hard way they are not interested in your perspective or experience, so the best thing to do is remain calm, do not engage, and when they finish, smile and say thank you, I will take that into consideration and then carry on.
