Just saw Sound of Freedom. Here's my review:
Wow, just wow. you need to see this film. This is based on a true story of Tim Ballard who goes into the belly of the beast to rescue children. It specifically covers a rescue mission in Colombia to rescue the sister of a boy he had ready rescued. He went into the jungle full of rebels under the cover of a doctor there to administer vaccines for a supposed outbreak of cholera.He finds the girl there and gets her out by the skin of his teeth and reunites her with her brother and father. This movie is not at all graphic. It shows kids being stolen and then sold to traffickers and them being transported in cargo ships. This really happens folks. Your mind will take you where the film does not. This film will pull on your heartstrings for sure. We need to bring an awareness to the world of child trafficking. Only then can we unite to help solve this problem. Once you understand what is going on and the global scope of the problem, nothing els
