Isn't there some way as citizens we can call conflict of interest in a situation like this and have an investigation reopened by someone that is not compromised? This is a complete failure of the justice system. What would be even better if we could have a civil suite, take all that money and donate it homeless veterans.

You would think...And I am in total agreement with your thinking!! We have given them too much power, or maybe we just didn't stop them from taking ours?? That is such a great idea giving the money to the homeless Veterans too!!
