Of course there is, but they aren't the good guys. Tim was a cia agent for homeland security when clinton was in power, he trafficked kids for them. The film covers a young boys story, he was saved but his sister was still captive, but the film doesn't reveal the top names actually behind all trafficking, its obscure rich men who they blame for the supply demand, and we know its a whole lot more than that.
