Wheels Up is a corporate jet charter firm which is financially struggling right now. Corporate aviation has been booming during and post covid. Anyone with money wanted to avoid the airports and the tightly packed airlines. Anyone with money wants to move it into high value assets that will survive inflation. Only in the last quarter have used jet prices begin to decline from unreasonably high values.
It makes no sense that any charter firm is hemorrhaging cash. They've been rolling in it for nearly 4 years.
