On what legal basis would a FED Agency like TIGTA, IRS, etc.
approach Mike & offer him a settlement?
They would be recognizing
that he had DAMAGES & they need to Shut Him Up

He could expose other Ops where there is an interest

This was a fantastic interview. Mike Gill is the source of "We have it all"..... His character and honor are definitely the hand of GOD moment Juan speaks of. I thought it very interesting when he mentioned that the good guys aren't who we think .
