yesterday's sermon was about seeing afflictions as blessings, and one of the 4 parts of the formula was singing, as it calms the person, soul and spirit.

i think that's one reason the black race has been targeted by the deep state for so long, a culture of resplendent singing, dancing, rhythm which bonds the community and brings joy, belief in a higher power, and possibly grace to its people
