From somebody who experienced a lifetime of massive depression I can honestly say that working out in consistency with at least 30-45 min of sunshine a day is an absolute cure to this disease. Doctors had me on every prescription known to man until I figured out what actually made me feel good. Stop feeding the pharmaceutical beast that only wants to keep you sick
100%. And the side effects of their anti-depression meds scared the p. out of me. Weird to have impulses beyond my ability to control them.
It became clear to me how ppl on anti-depressants (or quitting their use) would become homicidal, suicidal.
