Dude is jacked...struggled with 9 pushups though😳. Hopefully that was the end of his work out. You can't be that fit and struggle with 9 pushups

Not true. An injury could prohibit progress. Also, muscle imbalance by over working one muscle group could cause this as well. Usually the rear delts and rotator cuff are overlooked. Thus, begins the imbalance which causes pain and sluggish performance/progress.
