I have no idea. As far as a nuke war, my thoughts are no unless someone really goes out of their way to screw shit up, but they do have suitcase nukes.
My thoughts would be that would be in Ukraine, but I am not in the know either.

They do however have scalar technology and subs that Juan says can create earthquakes and presumed tidal waves high enough to wash over the whole state of Florida.

Juan also has meticulously pointed out that we have a policy before returning nuke fire, that we have to verify where it came from just in case someone is just trying to purposely get us to start a war.
