Here is what I did...
-Unplug your router/modem for 5mins. This way you are given a new ip address.
-Delete all twitter cookies from computer.
-Make a new email. I used mail.com
-I asked friends or family who don't have twitter to let me sign up with their number. all they gotta do is send me the code.
-Boom done! I didn't reinstall on my phone since I think the app can detect your phone hardward id which was previously banned. But you can use it on the computer. Phone web browser might work. I didn't try or risk it.
