Thank everyone for the prayers and suggestions..been in the yard barefooted walking around..going to try to rest but it will be hard when no position helps..think the guy was right about my mattress..can't afford a new one right now..80 yrs. of age and live alone and s.s. doesn't do much..keep praying.
My mattress wore out and I have a bad back! I put pillows under my mattress and so far, so good! If you have a couple extras, have someone help you get them under it and try moving them around until it feels comfortable to your body! 👍🏼
