(Very happy to hear, that they are not in control of HAARP [High-frequency Active Aurora Research Program] anymore. I notice that here in the Philippines, when it is raining always together with a strong lightning = FEARMONGERING. And lately, I notice it is only rain, no more lightning. Also it will be cooler NOW, because HAARP causes very hot temperature too. The poor and needy Filipinos can save their electric bills not to turn on, very OFTEN their ELECTRIC fan, because it is very hot.)
