It is built partly over a waterfall on Bear Run in the Mill Run section of Stewart Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. It would greatly depend on who was the previous owner. It would depend whether there is room for a garden -vegetables & flowers. The running water is a very relaxing sound. No bugs is very important to me. Lots of birds singing is a must also.
