They need a blackout of comms to achieve this.

yeah this is kinda how i figure it goes....cities will bear the brunt of things but my neck of the woods...ehh just get a lot of house work done and actual books reread 😂 fingers crossed the power stays on it's mighty warm outside these days in Texas
