I went and read the bill. It says "perinatal death due to causes that occurred in utero". Hence, this meme is a little misleading.

I tend to agree after reading the entire bill.
Abortion for me (as a mom of a beautiful daughter born via date rape), IS murder full stop. But we do need to be very careful that what we are sharing is based on facts.
