From my RN Sister-In-Law:
"First, I would wonder what his baseline BP is and then had he been sick, is he dehydrated? If not those numbers are not crazy but I would follow up with primary care. If he is symptomatic, i.e.: dizziness, sweating, passing out, he should be seen in an Emergency Department immediately."
